My Dad is the most kind and sharing man I know. He gave me his bull-headedness, bad gallbladder, kidney stones, small veins (so no one can ever get it on the first try), bad knees, and a MOST OF ALL a sense of Humor to laugh about it all.
He taught us all that life is too short not to laugh! He is an amazing man and would give you the shirt off his back if you needed anything. I am still amazed that after a neighbor kid stole money from his house, Dad paid him to come and do his yardwork. I was like...are you crazy? But afterward I thought to myself that boy really maybe just needed someone to believe in him. My Dad always tries to make everyone feel good around him.
Who else do you know when gas was over $4 a gallon that just decided they would just fish in the front yard? They figured with the price of gas and as good as their luck had been, they would save the gas and catch just as many in the front yard. When Dad and Rick are together you NEVER know what will happen :)
He gives great advice and was probably the best Bishop I ever got advice from ;)
As i have said before, Mom starts the waterfights and Dad gets the worst of them. But he loves it...although he found out we can outrun the Riding Lawnmower and he gets really wet!!!
There are so many things I could go on forever but I will just say that I am so blessed to have such Wonderful Parents!!!! Happy Father's Day---I LoveYou!!!!
