Happy Mother's Day

I usually don't like Mother's Day...mainly because I feel like "Mother of The Year" so much during the year...especially raising teenagers!!! But I must admit this year was different. This year I got to go to hear Kami speak in sacrament mtg about her "wonderful" mother and grandmother, and Pat sang "I Often go Walking" with his ukulele. They both did an amazing job.
Every year I think I just miss being "home" (Idaho) with my mom. Talk about an AMAZING mother! My mom is the smartest, most loving and caring person I know. She loves her family and loves the gospel. She always sees the positive in everything and everyone. I am so blessed to have her in my life.
**She is always the one who starts the water fights and then hides and Dad gets to finish them...go figure! See I told you she was smart! :)
**She has an incredible collection of ping pong balls hidden somewhere in the house and one day we WILL find her hiding place. It's not our fault that when you throw one into a moving ceiling fan it pings off and hits her...no matter where she is standing....ggggggg :)
**And the coolest thing was almost 6 years ago became an Eternal Mother to my oldest brother Michael...(I know I just spelled his name wrong but I never can remember how Dad spelled it...my Mom wasn't in the picture yet to tell him how to spell)
**She looks pretty awesome for having 7 kids!!
**She knows how to use a horse to her advantage by chasing me down so I won't take her picture. I was running backwards but I GOT IT!!
**I can call her at any time 24/7 and she always has the best advice.
**The smartest thing she does....she blames all of my imperfectness on DAD!! :)
